House Removal into Storage from Uxbridge to Swindon 26/08/2021 A family bereavement in the weeks up to our move, meant we were not ready when our moving date arrived. We still had a number of rooms to pack up or finish. Charlie, Alec and their Team arrived early and went above and beyond to ensure we completed our move, initially moving everything that was ready into storage and then returning the next day to finish off. With still so much left to do, they returned for a 3rd day to finally finish. Charlie, Alec and their Team showed commitment and professionalism for much longer than originally planned under difficult circumstances. 100% recommended. ~ Graham L

The team were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were easy to contact at all times and followed up promptly with call-backs as promised. The quote process was straightforward, with an initial phone quote followed by a site visit, which was very reassuring. All staff were professional, respectful, and friendly. We can't recommend Goodbrand Removals enough. They were absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process of a tricky international move (UK to France, with uncertain dates and the need to remain flexible and adaptable). The excellent communication, transparency and honesty of the team left us feeling really confident and reassured, and they made our move feel easy and comfortable. No breakages or damages whatsoever to any of our belongings. Our new neighbours in France still can't stop talking about how professional and efficient they were! The team were highly professional, took great care with my belongings and really went the extra mile. Goodbrand Removals were very organised and helpful. From the initial meeting/quotation to the final load, we felt in good hands. The disassembly and reassembly of our furniture was very efficient and made things far less stressful than expected. The guys were friendly and good spirited. On our moving day we had torrential rain! The guys turned up, got cracking despite the conditions and were very careful, even removing their shoes when coming in and out. We used Goodbrand Removals for our house move, The 4 operatives were all friendly, courteous, very willing, professional and respectful of both the house we were moving from and to. They were mindful of our possessions. They worked very hard and all gelled as a team just what is needed when moving. Nothing was too much trouble to them. At our new house they even removed their shoes to protect our new carpets. Their communication with us was very good, in the lead up to the move they stayed in regular contact and checked to make sure that things were still on track for the move. ~ Helen F

This is my second time using this lovely firm. The first to move my possessions into storage and now to move them from storage into my new home, a second floor flat with really narrow stairwell. They never complained and just got on with the job at hand, just like you would expect from a professional company. They have made a very difficult time a lot easier. We moved from Harrow to South Wales. Having sought 3 quotes and read the reviews we decided on Goodbrand. The main consideration was that moving house is a very stressful activity and we had lived in our Harrow house for 50 years. People in their reviews indicated that they were amiable and easy to work with. Other companies had the odd review indicating that they could be officious. Absolutely amazing job. Very professional, very nice guys. Alec was very good when reviewing the quote. And Charlie and Eftan or Evan (sorry) were amazing. Quick but careful your items. Talk to you and even though 7th floor managed get all stuff upstairs. Im very happy and will use again and recommend to my friends and family. We were recommended Charlie and his team for our Surrey to Cornwall move. The only company that could cater for a 7 day exchange to completion turnaround. Goodbrand removals are first class professional operation, nothing was to much trouble for them on House, Garden and Garage, worked tirelessly at both ends of the move to ensure everything was were we wanted all our personal items. Even the thought of a move is stress inducing. A moving company can make it way worse, or way better. Goodbrand Removals is one company that makes it definitely better. They are respectful, have great communication, offer great pricing (especially given the quality of their work), are very respectful to your furniture and your property but most importantly they are resourceful. You know, sometimes things don't fit through doors, or can be tricky to disassemble, or maybe you forgot to disassemble something and these folks are ready to give you a hand. And they don't rub this into your face or charge you "extra disassembly" fees or anything like that. The only thing they can improve is around planning and may be having a checklist for inventory items to make sure things are in order. That said, when you go into that territory, you need to slow down, and time is money, and then they would lose their edge with their competitive pricing. So they compensate for this with their excellent service and personnel and I'd take that every other day unless I'm moving 6 hours away. And if that's the case, I'm sure they will already be paying more attention to these things as the stakes are higher. Overall, I'm glad I worked with them and I'd recommend them to anyone considering moving. ~ Burak Y
